Founded in 1969, Embraer (Embraer S.A.) is an aircraft manufacturer that focuses on the market segments of commercial aviation, executive aviation and defense market, as well as aviation services with high growth potential.
Embraer offers two series of commercial jets – the ERJ145 family and the E-Jets family. The ERJ 145 family comprises of the 37-seat ERJ 135，44-seat ERJ 140，50-seat ERJ 145 and its long-range version 50-seat ERJ 145LR. Up to date, 1100 jets based on the ERJ 145 platform have been delivered worldwide, accumulating more than 18 million flight hours. The E-Jets family has four models: EMBRAER 170 with 70-80 seats, EMBRAER 175 with 78-88 seats, EMBRAER 190 with 98-114 seats, and EMBRAER 195 with 108-122 seats. Over 800 units have already been put into operation by 60 airlines in 40 countries. As the world’s one and only business aircraft manufacturer that offers a full line of executive jets, from entry-level to ultra-large, Embraer executive jets products include entry level Phenom 100, light Phenom 300, midlight Legacy 450, midsize Legacy 500, super midsize Legacy 600, the large Legacy 650, and ultra-large Lineage 1000. In addition, Embraer develops and produces military aircraft of various applications. The company also provide comprehensive aircraft support and after-sales service program offering parts, maintenance and technical support. After over 40 years of constant development and innovation, in particular after its privatization in 1994, the company has seen significant growth. Attribute to its market and customer oriented strategies, Embraer has become the world’s largest manufacturer of commercial jets up to 120 seats.
