Leading manufacturers such as Gulfstream, Bombardier, Dassault, Embraer, Cessna, Airbus Corporate Jet, Boeing Business Jet, Eurocopter and Bell who have been exhibiting at the event’s previous edition have confirmed their participation at Hainan Rendez-Vous 2011 with more aircraft. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to arrange a demo flight and transport VVIPs from various Chinese cities to Sanya.

SANYA AIRPORT
Sanya Phoenix International Airport is a domestic trunk line airport with a land area of 463.32 hectares. The runway is 3,400 m long and 60 m wide; while the airfield is 96,800 sqm, which is falls into the 4E standard defined by the International Civil Aviation Organization.

The airport is able to meet the requirements for the landing and take off of fully-loaded large aircraft such as Boeing 747-400, and the parking apron can simultaneously accommodate 20 large or middle-size passenger airplanes.
The Phase 1 construction project of the airport is designed to handle 1.5 million passengers and 12,000 tons of cargo annually and is installed with such key equipment as a world-advanced Class I aviation lighting system and Class II precision approach and landing system.
In 2002, the Hainan Provincial Party Committee and People’s Government appointed Hainan Airlines Group, one of four top airline groups in China, to operate Sanya Phoenix International Airport. Backed with a wealth of experience in management, the group promptly appointed a team of prominent managerial personnel to manage the airport.
